11 Governmental Schems you must know

1. JAWAHAR NEHRU NATIONAL URBAN RENEWAL MISSION: 
It aims at creating 'economically productive, efficient, equitable and responsive Cities' by a strategy of upgrading the social and economic infrastructure in cities. 

2. INDIRA AWAS YOJANA: 
It aims to provide grant for construction of houses to members of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, freed bonded labourers and also to non-SC/ST rural poor below the poverty line. 

3. MGNREGA: 
It aims at enhancing the livelihood security of people in rural areas by guaranteeing hundred days of wage employment in a financial year to a rural household whose adult members. 

4. NATIONAL RURAL LIVELIHOOD MISSION: 
It aims to reduce poverty among rural BPL by promoting diversified and gainful self-employment and wage employment opportunities which would lead to an appreciable increase in income on sustainable basis.

5. HUNAR SE ROZGAAR: 
It is a scheme launched by tourism ministry that aims at providing training to drivers to create employable skills in tourism and hospitality sector.

6. SWABHIMAAN: 
It is a project that facilitates opening of bank accounts, provides need based credit, remittance facilities and helps to promote financial literacy in rural India.

7. SABLA: 
It is a project in anganwadi centers,targeting girls in the age group of 11-18 under which adolescent girls will be provided with take-home rations. 

8. SWABALAMBAN: 
It is a pension scheme launched for workers in the unorganized sector, under which subscribers would get Rs. 1, 000 from the government each year for a subscription amount
of Rs. 12,000 per year. 

9. BAL BANDHU SCHEME: 
It is a special initiative to protect children's rights and mobilize communities through local youth volunteers in the areas affected by armed conflict, particularly the Naxal districts. 

10. Indira Gandhi Matritva Sahyog Yojana (IGMSY): 
It is a monetary scheme for pregnant women and lactating mothers under which each pregnant and lactating woman will receive Rs.4,000 in three installments between the second trimesters of pregnancy until the child is six months old.

11. RMSA: 
The Union Government declared that Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), the centrally sponsored scheme, which was launched in 2009, is about the set up of new secondary schools in deficit areas. Government has taken such initiative as a step towards encouraging the basic level of education among the Indians.
